As part of our 130th anniversary celebrations, Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa is proud to present a special event series running throughout the year. Step into the world of Korean culinary heritage with Korean Sip & Spirit — a unique cultural and tasting experience co-hosted by the Korean Cultural Centre and Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa.

Enjoy a guided tasting of three traditional Korean beverages:

  • Jiranjigyo Premium Yakju
  • Kim's Saeng Makgeolli
  • Organic Ido 42

* One glass each per person

Paired with bite-sized portions of authentic Korean dishes:

  • Bindae-tteok (mung bean pancake)
  • Dubu-Kimchi (tofu with stir-fried kimchi)
  • Dotori-muk (acorn jelly)

Featuring a live cooking demonstration of Bindae-tteok(mung bean pancake) by Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Alumni Chef Sunna Na and an introduction to traditional beverages by SommWise Inc.
