I've lived in Ottawa for 25 years, and I can confidently say that the funk-jazz-rock band The Funkeys is the most vibrant musical group to emerge from Ottawa in the last 25 years.

The wonderful and amazingly powerful voice of Regina Teplitskaya, the virtuoso playing of guitarist Nick and bassist Zhenya, the gentle sounds of Dima's saxophone, and the fiery rhythm of drummer Patrick create unique music that makes you want to dance and live life to the fullest.
