A Place Where You Are Welcome
Cultural and Educational Center “Matryoshka-Success”
Dear readers,
My journey in education is deeply rooted in family tradition. In 2008, I began working at the Matryoshka daycare and later joined the Russian school Success. For me, it was not just the start of a career but the beginning of a lifelong calling.
It is especially meaningful that I am the daughter-in-law of Anna Nikolaevna Frolova, the founder of the Matryoshka daycare, the Success school, and the Matryoshka-Success summer camp. In our family, education has always been more than a profession — it is a mission: to give children an atmosphere of warmth, safety, and inspiration. Continuing this legacy, I feel both a great responsibility and pride to develop what was created with such love and dedication.
The Success summer camp has welcomed children for nearly 20 years and continues to do so today. For many, it is a place they return to every summer — for friendship, joy, and new discoveries. For me, the greatest reward is seeing them grow and cherish bright memories of our camp.
To grow professionally, I graduated from Algonquin College as an Early Childhood Educator and am now a licensed educator. This education helped me better understand child psychology, master modern teaching methods, and combine them with the core values that have always guided our family.
For over 15 years, my life has been devoted to teaching and nurturing children. Every day, I am reminded that the most important part of our work is to create a space where every child feels valued, loved, and confident.
With warmth and gratitude,
Oksana Frolova
