We invite you to a three-day retreat “Returning to Yourself”January 23–25, in a cozy cottage surrounded by nature not far from Ottawa. These are small holidays for the soul and body: a chance to pause, exhale, release tension, and remember what it feels like to live without rushing.

In this video, Dina (the organizer and facilitator) explains who the retreat is for and why it is especially important at the very beginning of 2026. No meditation experience is needed — what matters is openness, curiosity, and the desire to take care of yourself. This retreat is for those who are tired of constant tasks, live on “autopilot,” feel tension in the body, and want to regain inner support, clarity, and calm.

What awaits you:

  • Cacao ceremony (ceremonial cacao from Guatemala)

  • Breathwork, meditation, gentle movement

  • Tension-release practices and energy work

  • Tea ceremony, ecstatic dance, mantra chanting

  • Kirtan with musicians (a live two-hour mantra singing session)

  • A warm, supportive atmosphere and a space free from background noise
